Wizkid Disrespected Me – Reekado Banks Speaks after He Removed Wizkid from His new EP

Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Reekado Banks has finally opened up on how he felt when colleague Wizkid insulted him on social media some weeks ago.

Recall that on October 15, Banks in a tweet announced that his song “Omo Lomo” featuring Wizkid, was set to be released that night.

However, Wizkid lost his cool with Reekado Banks for sharing the during the EndSARS protest when Nigeria was going through a crisis.

Starboy referred to former Mavin artiste as a fool and also told him to pull his post down but Reekado Banks simply stayed mute and did not reply.

He reacted by first removing the track he did with Wizkid from the ‘Off The Record” EP he released few days ago.

Also, speaking in a recent interview with HOT FM in Lagos, Banks disclosed that he felt disrespected over Wizkid’s comment.

“It made me understand that I wasn’t respected as much as I thought som it’s like I dey my lane then”, he told the host.
