They’re Privileged Citizens of Nigeria – Dele Momodu Laments after Spotting Cows Roaming University Premises (Video)

Ovation International boss, Dele Momodu has lamented over how open grazing still takes place in the country.

In a video he shared via his official Twitter page, some cows were seen roaming the premises of Igbinedion University, Okada.

They were filmed around the Faculty of Political Science.

He was heard describing the cows as privileged citizens of Nigeria that have been given the rights to move freely in the country.
