A Nigerian man has expressed shock at the sight of black market petrol being sold on the streets of London, United Kingdom amid fuel scarcity.
There has been a troubling case of fuel scarcity which swept through cities in the United Kingdom. Residents have found themselves queueing for long hours at petrol statins to buy fuel with some being forced to drive off unsuccessfully.
However, the development has seen some fast thinkers resort to selling fuel to drivers by the roadside as is usually done during fuel scarcity in Nigeria.
In a video shared by Instablog9ja, a Nigerian man residing in the UK came upon a set of young men selling fuel in kegs and he questioned them about it.
