Scavengers Caught on Camera Stealing Security Lights from a Building (video)

A video of two scavengers stealing security lights from a building has been shared online.

The video shows two young men pretending to source for scrap metals in the area. While walking around, they moved to a building, ripped the security lights off the walk, and threw them into their bag before fleeing.
