Owners of iPhone and Android devices have been warned to check their devices for 17 dangerous applications – and to delete them now.
Deceptive applications have infiltrated the App Store and Google Play store, putting customers at risk.

Ranging from apps that claim to increase your credit store to fraudulent lending apps, these could endanger your safety online.
They’re the latest instances of malware entering smartphones, which could access sensitive information – we’ve put the list for you below.

Even if you don’t have these applications installed, be on the lookout for symptoms that your device may have malware.
They include alerts about a virus, anti-virus software you no longer use, a decrease in operating speed, a decrease in storage space, and your device failing to work.
