A lady has exposed her neighbour who constantly locks kids inside her room with chains anytime she leaves for her shop.

The video posted by LatestNGnews.com, revealed that the woman while narrating the story, said the kids who are from Orlu, Imo state, have been living with their step-mom/guardian for a long time.

She said the kids are being abused and should be rescued.
According to the lady, her neighbour locks the kids inside the room while her own kids go to school.
She revealed that the woman lives at World Bank, Owerri, Imo state.
She called on the Imo state government, child support services, welfare, and all necessary authorities to come to the aid of the kids.
