Man Caught Allegedly Stealing 25 Laptops
A suspected thief has been apprehended after he allegedly more than 20 laptops at once from a particular location.
He was humiliated and threatened to be dealt with by people who caught him in he act. A video making the rounds online shows when the man known as George was lying down on the floor.
